PROJECT SUMMARY
Lucid Winery was one of the first wineries to pivot to virtual events and tasting kits when the Covid 19 pandemic hit. As Head of Partnerships & Business Development at the winery, I formed strategic long term relationships with virtual events partners and corporate gifting companies to maximize recurring revenue streams and broaden our reach to as many verticals as possible against competitors. Internally, I implemented a CRM system and developed project management protocols in order to improve the overall performance and organization of the sales and fulfillment teams.
